This session is not a general race review. It won't cover the detailed specifics of pacing, nutrition or gear.
It's all about your mindset.
For trail & ultra runners who want a psychological debrief, led by a performance psychologist who also runs ultras — looking at what your mind did under sustained pressure, and why. This is a unique opportunity to understand more about how YOUR mind works under race pressure.
Using the frameworks I apply in my coaching work with runners, we'll examine what Ultra Trail Australia or another race revealed about how runners think and respond when it gets hard. We'll name the patterns, normalise the experience, and give you one concrete tool to take into your next event.
This session is for you if:
*You raced UTA or another event recently
*You had a great day and want to lock in how your mindset helped with that in preparation for your next race
*You finished but think you could unlock more performance with mindset work
*You DNF'd and want to understand what happened psychologically
*You finished but felt like your mind worked against you
