1. If at any time during The Runners Mindset Program, you experience any emotional and/or physical discomfort or strain, discontinue the activity, and if required, ask for support from the facilitator. At times, The Runners Mindset Programs will require medium physical exertion and movement, breathing exercises, meditation and stretching.
2. As is the case with any physical activity, the risk of injury is present and cannot be entirely eliminated.
3. The Runners Mindset Programs are not clinically therapeutic psychological services and is not a substitute for individual physical or psychological therapy, or medical examination, diagnosis or treatment. The Runners Mindset Programs may not be safe for those with certain medical conditions. You should consult with your relevant health practitioner prior to commencing classes.
4. By completing payment on the payment link, I acknowledge that I have read and understood this form, and agree that:
I will inform The Runners Mindset of any medical or mental health conditions, or pregnancy;
Participation in The Runners Mindset programs involves inherent risk, including but not limited to potential accidents or injuries;
Participation in The Runners Mindset programs is at my own risk, and I voluntarily assume all risks associated with my participation;
It is my responsibility to consult with my relevant health practitioner prior to participating in The Runners Mindset programs;
The Runners Mindset programs are not a clinically therapeutic psychological service;
In consideration of being allowed to participate in The Runners Mindset programs, I release and discharge The Runners Mindset and Katherine Watson, its officers, employees, volunteers and agencies from any and all claims, demands, action and causes of action arising from my participation in the program.
